OPERATIONS: GARY RICHIED – Page 6
June has proven to be everything we hoped for and could have expected. Our capacity was very similar to last year for both intrastate and interstate relocation’s and our sales department really came through to the point where we had to close every day on the calendar to any additional work. While we struggled a little in Operations the first few days, we caught our stride quickly and were soon up to full speed and efficiency.
Although the final revenue numbers won’t be available for several days I feel fairly confident that we surpassed what we did last June in several business segments and I am pleased to see that the trend has continued into July with us booked up to capacity for several days already.
While being able to serve more and more customers every year and increasing revenues to the company is always important safety and quality will always remain the focal point in assessing the volume levels we will be able to handle. We have built our outstanding reputation by performing our service in a safe manner at a high quality level and will continue to enjoy success by maintaining both of them.
Representing both of these is our current list of Outstanding Service Providers who continually perform at the highest level of safety and quality.

From my perpetual calendar of motivational quotes I selected this one from Eric Butterworth who wrote “Nothing stops the man who desires to achieve. Every obstacle is simply a course to develop his achievement muscle. It’s a strengthening of his powers of accomplishment”.
This Independence Day while enjoying the parades, the company of friends and family, something from the grill and maybe a couple of cold ones, please take a moment to give thanks to the many men and women who have provided this independence for us. I’m talking about the people of our armed forces. The many who risked their lives for us to be free. From the Revolutionary War right up to those who are serving our country today, and especially for those whose lives have been changed forever by being wounded or paying the ultimate sacrifice of their lives. Enjoy the freedom that they have provided for all of us just be sure to remember them and that freedom isn’t free.
Peace and Prayers, Gary
