Additionally, our staff conducts routine inspections to ensure all security measures are functioning properly and to maintain the overall safety of the premises. 

Access to your storage unit depends on the specific facility and storage type you choose. Many of our locations offer extended access hours, typically from early morning until evening, seven days a week. Some facilities provide 24/7 access for customers who need round-the-clock availability. When you rent a unit, you'll receive detailed information about access hours and procedures for your specific location. We recommend discussing your access needs with our team when selecting your storage solution so we can match you with a facility that fits your schedule and requirements. 

For safety and legal reasons, certain items cannot be stored in our facilities. Prohibited items include hazardous materials such as flammable liquids, gasoline, propane tanks, chemicals, and explosives. We cannot store perishable food items, plants, or any living things, including pets. Illegal substances, stolen goods, and firearms or ammunition are strictly forbidden. Additionally, items that produce odors or could attract pests are not permitted. If you're unsure whether a specific item is acceptable for storage, please contact us before storing it. Our team can provide guidance and suggest alternative solutions when necessary. 

Selecting the right storage unit size ensures you're not paying for unused space while having adequate room for your belongings. As a general guideline, a small unit (5x5 or 5x10 feet) works well for storing items from a studio apartment, seasonal items, or business files. Medium units (10x10 or 10x15 feet) typically accommodate furnishings from a one to two-bedroom apartment or small office. Large units (10x20 feet or larger) can hold contents from a three to four-bedroom home or substantial business inventory. Our experienced staff can provide personalized recommendations based on an inventory of what you plan to store, and many customers find it helpful to visit our facility to see unit sizes in person before making a decision. 

While Reebie maintains comprehensive facility insurance and security measures, we strongly recommend that customers obtain storage insurance to protect their personal belongings. Your homeowner's or renter's insurance policy may extend coverage to items in storage, so we encourage you to check with your insurance provider first. If your existing policy doesn't provide adequate coverage, we can connect you with affordable storage insurance options specifically designed to protect stored items. Insurance provides valuable peace of mind and financial protection against unexpected events, ensuring your belongings are fully covered while in our care. 

Climate-controlled storage maintains consistent temperature and humidity levels year-round, typically keeping the environment between 55 and 85 degrees Fahrenheit with controlled humidity. This protection is essential for items sensitive to temperature fluctuations and moisture, including wooden furniture that can warp or crack, electronics and appliances, photographs and important documents, musical instruments, artwork, antiques, leather goods, and clothing made from delicate fabrics. If you're storing items for an extended period or live in an area with extreme weather conditions, climate control is highly recommended. While standard storage units cost less, the investment in climate control can prevent costly damage to irreplaceable or valuable items.

You can rent storage space for as little as one month or for several years, depending on your needs. We understand that circumstances can change, so our month-to-month agreements allow you to extend or reduce your storage time with proper notice. Many customers appreciate this flexibility during transitional periods such as home renovations, relocations, or when waiting for a new home to become available.

We also sell packing supplies for customers who prefer to pack themselves but want access to professional-grade materials. 

Reebie offers convenient payment options to make managing your storage rental simple. For added convenience, we offer automatic monthly billing where your payment method on file is charged automatically on your due date, ensuring you never miss a payment or incur late fees. Storage rent is typically due on the same day each month that corresponds with your move-in date. We send payment reminders in advance of your due date, and our online customer portal allows you to view your account, make payments, and update payment information.
