DATABANK: ROBERT LICATA – Page 5

DataBank –

Reebie DataBank continues to have a very fine year in 2025. And even though DataBank’s total revenue is flat, our costs are down by 4% giving Reebie DataBank a gross profit of a little over 18% from 2024. That is an outstanding accomplishment when you consider the cost for almost everything has increased. That savings is due to Anthony Antonelli and Alicia Garza who watch every penny and make sure that we are looking at all our costs. On another good note, Reebie DataBank continues to score an Excellent rating in all eight categories of our DataBank survey and has a 4.9 star rating with google reviews. I am also happy to report that we have had no workers compensation claims or accidents in 2025. This means that we are reducing our workers compensation rate, keeping our employees safe, and stopping our truck insurance from increasing. Keep up the good work.

Accounting –

Congratulations to Kim Cushing on her retirement plans! Kim has been with Reebie for 12 years and in that time has shown to be an outstanding employee and an asset to Reebie Storage. I know we all wish her the best in this next chapter of her life and hope that she will visit us often to say hello and to brag about how great it is to be retired. The Reebie accounting department will be throwing a goodbye lunch for her on 10/20. Her last day with Reebie will be on 10/31. Let’s send her off with best wishes for a healthy and happy retirement.
With that being said, the accounting department seems to be always changing and growing. I am pleased to announce that Angela Rangel is going to be promoted from our scanning person to local administration assuming a lot of Kim’s responsibilities. In the short time that she has been employed with Reebie, Angela has shown great progress and we feel that she is capable of handling this new role with additional responsibilities. We wish her the best.

Thanks Rob
