DATABANK: ROBERT LICATA – Page 5
DataBank:
This is my 30th year in the DataBank Department.
The DataBank department is quietly having good year. For the first time in several years, Reebie DataBank is adding more cartons to the system than is being removed. The pandemic, which hit the department very hard, seems to be coming to an end with a lot of our clients’ employees returning back to the offices and conducting more normal business operations. This is helping with our overall services and material charges. The DataBank department itself is doing a lot of catching up on the shredding that we were unable complete due to the lack of labor over the last two years.

The DataBank department is getting an EXCELLENT rating in every category. Congratulations to everyone. This can only be done with a team effort.
Accounting:
What a difference a year has made in the accounting department. We made it through the 2023 busy season and came out a better organized and efficient team than ever before. With the additional hiring of Michelle Abbs, Ashley Anderson and the return of Laurie Gomez we created a team where everyone is pulling in the same direction and assisting each other in the process. We will be doing even more cross training this off season to improve upon our knowledge of the industry. This year we are currently handling more Owner Operators and Local Contractors than any other year and our local contractors fleet has grown to eleven crews. Another important part of the accounting process is the collecting of money owed. The accounts receivable group meets once a week to go over our accounts receivable and I am happy to report that I cannot remember a time that it has looked so good with only a few exceptions. Again, thank you to all. We know that it is a team effort that makes the whole system better.
Thanks Rob
