DataBank:
DataBank is currently having an excellent year. The revenue for the department is up 11% year to date and that is quite an accomplishment in this economic climate. Better still , our costs are down 3% and that just doesn’t happen. Only through hard work and by watching every dime can one cut costs and grow revenue at the same time. I am also happy to report that we are still tracking excellent in every category in our DataBank surveys and again that is only accomplished with a team effort.

Thank you so much. I also want to add that it has been a pleasure to work with you throughout the last century! Whatever we (TDR) needed – you were always there to provide optimal service. We deal with many vendors, and you always made it easy for us. We never had a problem or any issues with Reebie, and I know for a fact it’s because you were in charge of our account. Reebie is lucky to have you. Unfortunately since our account has been closed, I am not sure how much contact I will have with you in the future, but I want you to know how much I appreciate you and all of your hard work. You always went above and beyond. You were a major help with the destruction of our out of date files. You were very knowledgeable and helped me navigate that process. Service with a smile is something you certainly understand and present to your clients. You are a huge asset to Reebie – and I hope they know that.
Thank you again for all of your wonderful years of service – and putting up with our craziness. Maybe our paths will cross again in the future. In the meantime, I can and will always “highly” recommend Reebie to others. Actually, I will recommend “Alicia” at Reebie. You are the last of a dying breed, someone who values their job and has a strong work ethic. You are the best. Thank you again!!
Accounting:
The summer is here and that means the accounting department will once again be taxed to get all the work into the system, billed and money collected in a timely basis. We have put together an excellent accounting team and they have a few years of all working together therefore I do not anticipate any major issues. It is quite a relief to know that we have excellent, knowledgeable and caring people doing this important task of keeping Reebie financially strong.
Reebie is a different company than in years past when everything was COD and we had a fluent cash flow. Today we do so much Office and Industrial, International, Storage and Hauling that we get paid in 30, 60 or 90 days. That puts stress on our cash flow due to us having to pay the labor, sales and material prior and directly after the job. This is not a problem just a different challenge than in the past.
