DataBank:
In the last five years Reebie DataBank has been sending out our DataBank surveys to all our accounts and have been rated an excellent in all eight categories. This year we will still be emailing and sending out surveys but in addition to those surveys we are asking our clients to do a google review. We now have six google reviews and they are all five star reviews with most of them commenting on what an excellent job Alicia and the DataBank team does for our business. We are hoping to still get more and we know that every excellent five star review helps with Reebie’s overall rating with google.
Accounting:
Lots of changes going on in Accounting. There has been a shift happening at Reebie where we are utilizing more and more local contractors to preform our moving services. And like everything there are pluses and minuses to the process. We are also hoping to maintain and increase the amount of owner operators in our fleet. With that being the case we needed to realign some of our associates in the accounting department.
I asked Michelle Abbs to explain the changes that were made to the department.
The accounting department has been shaking things up and is excited to announce a few role changes along with a new employee!
- Yamilet Rodriguez will be transitioning into her new role assisting Connie Sierzega with settlement/payment processing of interstate drivers. In addition, she will assist with locals and A/R.
- Claudia Rangel will be transitioning to A/P and Payroll. She is also responsible for making permit payments.
- Our new employee, Angela Rangel, is our scanning and filing clerk.
We are confident they will do a great job and these changes will improve our department’s efficiency!
