The holiday season at Reebie Storage & Moving Co. is always a special time, but this year’s annual Holiday Banquet was particularly meaningful as we gathered to recognize the exceptional individuals who make our company a leader in the moving and storage industry. From scholarship recipients to top performers across every department, the evening was a testament to the dedication, integrity, and excellence that define the Reebie family.
Leo Licata Humanitarian Scholarships: Investing in Our Future
One of the most cherished traditions at our Holiday Banquet is the presentation of the Leo Licata Humanitarian Scholarships. These scholarships honor the memory of Leo Licata, whose legacy of hard work, ambition, and unwavering integrity continues to inspire us all. The scholarships are awarded to Reebie employees or their children who embody these same remarkable characteristics.
This year, we are proud to announce three outstanding recipients:
Claudia Rangel, Emily Casarez, and Fortino Cervantes Jr. each demonstrated the qualities that made Leo Licata such an influential figure in our company’s history. These students have shown exceptional dedication to their studies, ambition in pursuing their goals, and integrity in everything they do. They represent not only the values we hold dear at Reebie but also the bright future ahead for the next generation.
The Leo Licata scholarship program reflects our commitment to supporting the families who support us every day. By investing in the education of our employees and their children, we aim to recognize and uplift our employees beyond the workplace.

Recognizing Excellence Across Every Department
Our Holiday Banquet also celebrated the individuals who went above and beyond in their roles throughout the year:
Bill Ruecking earned the distinguished title of Sales Person of the Year, demonstrating exceptional client relationships and business development skills that have contributed significantly to Reebie’s growth.
In our operations and administrative teams, Vanessa Zacharias was named Coordinator of the Year, while Connie Sierzega received recognition as Accounting Person of the Year. Their organizational excellence and attention to detail keep our operations running smoothly day after day.
Our drivers are the backbone of our services, and this year’s honorees represent the best in the field. Andres Bolanos was named Intrastate Driver of the Year, and Dennis Robinson earned Interstate Driver of the Year honors. Both have demonstrated safety, professionalism, and reliability that our clients have come to expect from Reebie.
The moving teams in our Naperville and Franklin Park locations were represented by J Torres and Nicholas Corral, respectively, who were named Movers of the Year. Their hard work, careful handling of clients’ belongings, and positive attitudes make them invaluable members of our team.
Isabel Griffin was recognized as Operations Person of the Year, showcasing the leadership and problem-solving skills that keep our complex logistics running seamlessly. Nathan Garza earned Databank Person of the Year for his meticulous work in our storage operations.
The Dominic Salemi Employee of the Year
The evening’s highest honor, the Dominic Salemi Employee of the Year award, was presented to Angel Burl. This prestigious recognition celebrates an individual who exemplifies all the values Reebie stands for: dedication, integrity, teamwork, and excellence in service. Angel’s contributions throughout the year have made a lasting impact on our company and everyone who works alongside them.

Looking Ahead
As we celebrate these achievements, we’re reminded that Reebie’s success is built on the talents and commitment of every team member. This holiday season, we’re proud to celebrate the collective spirit that makes our company strong.
To all our award recipients: congratulations on your well-deserved recognition. To the entire Reebie family: thank you for another exceptional year. Here’s to continued success and growth in the year ahead!
