Hello my name is Kim Stevens and I will be your Customer Care Representative throughout your move process.  I am available for any questions or concerns whenever they arise.   I will be in touch with you prior to any activity that is scheduled and I will communicate with you on your packing and loading dates to ensure all of your expectations are being met.

I have 20 years experience in the Moving Industry.  I’ve worked with many individual moves as well as Corporate relocations.  I feel it rewarding when my customers have a wonderful move experience.   I want you to feel less stressed  throughout your moving experience and feel comfortable calling me with any questions or concerns.

I have been with Reebie Moving and Storage since October 2012 as a Customer Care Representative and plan to make all of my customers feel secure in knowing that Reebie and myself are there for them.  I look forward to serving you in the near future.  At Reebie we take pride on how well we perform as a Customer Service Representative.   So I am asking you, once the move is completed and you get a call from an Allied Van Lines representative asking how we did on your move, please give us a 5!  I will appreciate this very much.
