DATABANK: ROBERT LICATA – Page 4
The Challenge.
DataBank – The challenge for DataBank in 2022 will be to meet or exceed 2021 numbers in both the storage and service areas. DataBank in 2021 had an increase over 6% in total revenue and all the while we kept our cost down to only a 4% increase. The department as a whole was up over 15% in gross profit for the year and that is impressive for all the challenges that we faced with the pandemic. We are certainly doing more with less and still getting an excellent rating in “Would Recommend” and “Overall Service”.
Our 2021 DataBank Employee of the year was Alicia Garza. Alicia has been with DataBank for 20 years and has won this award twice previously. She has great customer service and is an ambassador for Reebie Storage and I am proud to have her on my team.

Accounting: The challenge for the accounting department in 2022 is keeping up with all the new demands of Reebie’s record breaking 2021 year. In 2022 we will be expecting the Accounting Department to be doing more billing, accounts receivable and payables than ever before in Reebie’s history. The accounting team really pulled together last year and proved all their abilities to Reebie. They will be up to any challenges 2022 presents.
Our 2021 Accounting Employee of the year was Kim Cushing. Kim has been in the Accounting Department for 8 years. She has a close relationship with our long-term storage clients and handles our customers calls and inquiries. Kim was instrumental in keeping our accounts receivable under 20%. Kim really met the challenges presented to her in 2021 and I am proud to have her on the accounting team.

Special thanks to Anthony Antonelli, Dulce Gonzalez and Laurie Gomez for doing just an excellent job in 2021. Reebie Storage would not have been as successful without all your help and expertise.
Looking forward to all the challenges 2022 brings
