Hello March !! The ground hog came out did not see its shadow and that predicts an early Spring, I hope he is right. It’s been a difficult winter, weather wise, which affected business adversely as well. In January 2019 we fared better than January in 2018 which is good but the housing market in our areas are very weak and we need each and every opportunity we can get. So whatever you could do to help our excellent sales staff is greatly appreciated. Business in February was weak much to do with the weather. At least going into March we are better off than last year at this time.
I’m looking forward to our CEO Forum group visiting us March 4th-6th and critiquing us on what they feel we can do better at and they do a good job at finding those tasks that can be done better.
If you can wake up each morning loving what you do and to help and inspire others around you to be better than they were yesterday then you know you are doing something right in business and in life.
