Survey Results:

Reebie DataBank is scoring an excellent in every category on the DataBank Survey. We are scoring a 4.8 on overall service and 4.8 on would recommend to others which is outstanding. That amount of customer satisfaction can only be attributed to a team effort. It could not be accomplished unless everyone is working as a team from the answering of the phone call or email to the delivery of the cartons. Thanks DataBank for a job well done.

This quarter we did not have one vehicle accident or workers compensation claim.
Accounting:
The accounting department has had a very challenging year in 2022. It was a record breaking year in the amount of moves and revenue both on the local and long distance sides of the business. We all worked together as a team to get the work done and the accounting department will be stronger because of it. The 2023 accounting team is in place and with the addition of Laurie Gomez working part time we are ready to take on the challenges that lie ahead. Michelle and Ashley have done a great job learning their roles and responsibilities and will be a key factor for a successful season this year.
Even in the off season the accounting department has stayed busy. We have spent much of the winter season learning and training to do our jobs better and more efficiently. We also implemented a storage increase on all our household goods and commercial accounts and set up an auction with Prigge auctions. Another area that we stressed heavily during the off season was collections. The accounting department has an accounts receivable meeting every week to go over every past due account for each of our departments. We then determine the best way to contact them to settle their account.
