DATABANK: ROBERT LICATA – Page 5

DataBank and Accounting award presentations

This year we had Alicia Garza and Michelle Abbs do the presentations for DataBank and Accounting Department Employee of the Year. The reason I felt it was so important for them to present is because of the incredible job both of them are doing in their respective departments. They have both taken command of their departments and run them professionally and efficiently. Alicia and Michelle have implemented new procedures and policies to better run their departments. They are both extremely hard working and are a tribute to Reebie Storage.

DataBank:

The 2025 DataBank Employee of the Year is Nathan Garza.

Nathan Garza, DataBank Employee of the Year

This is his first time winning the award. Nathan started with Reebie DataBank in 2022. He quickly learned the O’Neil system and learned how to run reports and organize the daily tasks. Along with his warehouse duties he occasionally goes out on pickups and deliveries to observe the other aspects of the business. Most importantly, he has taken a lot of responsibility off the DataBank plate by running the operations at the Franklin Park location. Thanks for all your hard work, Nathan.

Accounting:

The 2025 Accounting Employee of the Year is Connie Sierzega.

Connie Sierzega, Accounting Employee of the Year

This is Connie’s third time winning this award. Connie has been with Reebie for 8 years. She currently handles the bulk of our owner operators’ statements — 20 to be exact. She has a wealth of knowledge in that area of responsibility and also a complete knowledge of national account billing. This year she was also in charge of training Yamilet to handle some of the workload. While performing her work duties this year, she found an accounting error on the part of one of our third-party service agents that was not discounting their services per their contract, which resulted in a refund to Reebie of over $8,000. Thank you, Connie, for all your years of service and for being an important source of knowledge in the accounting department.

As always, special thanks to Tricia, Anthony Antonelli, Dulce, and Laurie for all their hard work keeping Reebie moving forward and being the best that it can be.
