Just back from the Agent Convention and I didn’t come back empty handed. This year we came back with a lot of hardware to show for all our hard work. These conventions are humbling because there are many great agents out there that we compete with for these awards and many are muti-location agents like Coleman and Berger, who win most of the awards. So, it is very difficult to win an award in any category and sometimes when a single location agent like Reebie does win one, it gives hope to many of the other agents that anyone can win if they are focused on the business as we are.

First and foremost, the most notable award we won is for the Driver of the Year. Our very own Frank Russell was recognized for winning this award with much fan fair from the agent Owners in the room. It was a shame that Frank couldn’t be there personally to receive the award as he was on a once in a lifetime vacation in Italy. Amongst the many accomplishment that Frank achieved in winning this award is as follows:

- 35 Years Safe Driving Award in 2013
- He is a previous winner of our Driver of the Year Award in 2001 when he was driving for Jackson Moving
- Master Mover: 1997 – Current (do not have records prior to 1997)

- Claims Ratio: 0.00

Our next “very prestigious” award that we won was the Good Dawg Award. We are only the 3rd agent ever to achieve this award. What’s particularly great about this award is it is like the People’s Choice Award. This award is voted upon by the drivers in the system that said we are far and away the best Agent in the system to work with. This is selected by the Driver Survey rating of every agent in the system that they interact with on a specific shipment – whether at origin or at destination. The results are tabulated by only the foreign drivers as they remove any surveys that where rated by our own agent drivers.
With a total of 43 surveys from Drivers throughout the network, we had a total score of 5.00 – Perfect. Some of the comments left by the drivers where:
- I would use them anytime – good atmosphere and very pleasant to work with
- Everyone in this office is very nice and they treat drivers really good
- I always feel like family when I go there….Thank you
- You guys saved the day….. I’m so grateful!
- They have a great area for drivers to sit and they really try to help
- They let me use the photo copier and don’t get upset !!
- Great, friendly and happy people!

But we weren’t done yet. Our next award is equally as impressive. This award is the Customer for Life Award. This award is especially gratifying because it takes each and every one of us to accomplish this award. From how we first interact with the customer in how we answer the phones, how well we execute the move, all the way to our last interaction with the customer in how we settle a claim; assuming there was one. This award represents consistent and repeated Excellent quality scores……there are not many agents that can claim this designation.
But wait, there’s more! We also won the award for Top Consumer Agent in Division 1. This means we booked more consumer moves than any other single agent in the system. Certainly, a fine tribute to our sales staff – they are the best in the system.
Multi-Million Dollar Booker – This award is presented to all the agents who book at least 2 million dollars’ worth of business or more.
Multi-Million Dollar Hauler – This award is presented to all the agents who haul at least 2 million dollars’ worth of business or more.

Thumper Award for Allied – the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) holds motor carriers and drivers accountable for their role in safety. This award goes to those agents who achieved the best CSA scores for safety. CSA stands for Compliance, Safety, Accountability.
Thumper Award for NorthAmerican – Same as above but for the NorthAmerican network.
