I am happy to report that business is rebounding in all areas. While we will not meet the revenue figures we produced last year we are finally reaching our capacity and having to restrict the amount of work we are accepting on several days. This is very welcome and encouraging as it has been a long time coming, and we can stop worrying if we were ever going to get there.
One of the main reasons we have been able to withstand all the challenges that the pandemic has brought about is our steady focus on the quality of services that we provide. Customers using our services continue to tell us how pleased they are, that they will use us again when needed, and will tell their friends and relatives of the great service they received.
We are at the half way point of the year and have completed the evaluations of all the service providers. Please note the number who qualified as outstanding.

These service providers are solely responsible for all of our local authority business. Our interstate (van line) business is handled by our fleet of contractors and their rating with the van lines has never been better. This combination will not only enable us to stay in business but to thrive when given the opportunity.
