SALES & MARKETING – ANTHONY LICATA – Page 3

I want to be candid. First, the Household Goods and O&I sides of the business did not pan out nearly as well as we would have liked this year. As much as I always try to remain optimistic, I’ll be honest in saying that it’s difficult to predict exactly what next year will look like. Historically, however, once a new administration has had about a year under its belt, activity tends to pick up as businesses and individuals gain a clearer sense of what to expect. Along those lines, Northwestern University has officially come to an agreement with the Trump administration and will once again be receiving government funding. With that resolved, we can reasonably expect NU to resume projects and work that had previously been placed on pause. On top of that, shout out to Brandon Capshaw who has been able to land some great new opportunities with companies such as Life Time fitness and McFarlane Douglass & Companies

Despite another tough year overall, Reebie continues to do what it has always done best: adapt, grow, and find ways to come out stronger. We have a lot of new business venture and opportunities coming down the pipeline to be very excited about in 2026. The most obvious example of this is the expansion of our Milwaukee operation. In less than a year, Reebie went from being brand new in that market to becoming the number one Allied agent in Milwaukee, with an impressive 87 loaded shipments in just six months. That kind of success doesn’t happen by accident. A special shout-out goes to Matt Turner and Vanessa Zacharias, whose patience and hard work have been instrumental in making Milwaukee such a success.

With the Milwaukee expansion also comes a significant opportunity on the O&I side. Our ATC project is projected to require up to 10 crew members on a daily basis, creating both revenue and stability moving forward. From what I understand, these jobs are very easy, straight forward, and pay well. Additionally, our agreement with Hanley Energy—while not without its challenges—has allowed us to fill up roughly a quarter of our warehouse with much-needed storage. I don’t need to remind anyone how critical storage is to Reebie. It remains our most profitable business center and truly is the fruit that feeds us all and keeps this company alive. These wins, especially in difficult times, are exactly what position us to weather uncertainty and capitalize when conditions improve.

Thank you all for the continued effort, resilience, and commitment to finding solutions. Reebie has always proven that even in challenging years, we find ways to grow and move forward “Better together”.

Lastly, congratulations to this years Sales Person of the Year, Bill Ruecking!
